For you the new difficult stage begins: collecting all necessary documents and final execution of the thesis before protection.
Instruction
1. The first that needs to be remembered: all dissertation researches are made out in strict accordance with the established state standard (GOST 2.105-95.). Possibly, this thick book is available also in your higher education institution too as any dissertation council does not do without it. Rules of registration concern not only contents and structures of work, but even such trifles as arrangement of the text on the page, execution of quotes and references, the corresponding type of applications and the list of the used literature. 2. According to the existing rules, any thesis has to have accurately certain structure which includes the following components: • title page; • contents; • normative references; • definitions; • designations and reductions; • introduction; • main part; • conclusion; • the list of the used sources; • applications. Admission to protection in Dissertation council besides the most dissertation research and the abstract from the applicant requires still the whole list of documents which are submitted to the Scientific secretary of Council. Enter this list: the personal statement of the applicant vised by the chairman of Dissertation Council; the notarized copy of the diploma about the higher education; the reference from department of a postgraduate study of examination on a candidate minimum; a personal leaf on registration of personnel from the place of work in duplicate; 4 copies of a dissertation research; conclusion of the leading department about a dissertation research; autobiography of the applicant.
6. After successful defense of a thesis there is a mailing of abstracts. For this purpose you will need the necessary number of abstracts and the list of mailing with your name and the name of work signed by the secretary of council. After mailing of abstracts one copy of the thesis and two copies of the abstract go to library of higher education institution where there was a protection.
