1. Not to confuse the ampermeter with other measuring devices, look at designationnearscale , there has to be a capital letter "And". The scale is usually graduated in amperes (A), in a mk, ma, or kA (micro, miles or kiloamper). On a multimeter it is necessary to put "клювик" in the section CDA - for measurement of a direct current (alternating current is not measured by such device) or mode 10A (20A) for measurement of big currents.
2. So, we take the ampermeter and we connect it consistently to that element of an electrical circuit in which current needs to be measured. Surely we observe polarity, i.e. plus is connected to plus, and minus to minus.
3. We look at a device board before what division of a scale the arrow deviated, this size and will be current. If the ampermeter with a digital board, then the number displayed on it also is current. On a multimeter we look at the digital board, number displayed on it and there is a current.
