Instruction
1. Install the altitude indicator in the mode of the beginning of work. The first that you should make is to expose the size of atmospheric pressure. Initial counting begins with that pressure which can be with probability in 99% in the period of time in which measurement is taken. As a rule (depending on weather conditions), size fluctuates from 950 to 1050 millibars.
2. Calibrate the sensor before carrying out measurement. For this purpose you should pay attention to the button with the arrow directed up. It will help to define unmistakably those data which are required for you. Use of hints at inclusion of the main menu of the device will help you to take all measurements and calculations precisely and quickly.
3. Take measurement of initial parameters for determination of height. At deduction of the Set button which is in all modern altitude indicators the device is automatically transferred to the mode of installations. The altitude indicator will show you the air temperature and the current pressure calculated at height. In that case you should reduce it to norm above sea level. For this purpose it is necessary to use the button with an arrow and Set which will be able to adjust the size necessary to you. After that there are two options of calculation of height above sea level. The first – step-by-step change which is carried out manually by pressing of buttons or in the automatic mode.
4. Pass into the main menu. After preservation of the carried-out installations pass into the mode of the main menu. On the display the following data – height above sea level and the current atmospheric pressure will be displayed. Accuracy of modern altitude indicators – more than 1 meter.
