- - freezer.
Instruction
1. The structured water is most useful to an organism as its molecules are in the connected look, and, therefore, the structure is as close as possible to composition of the main liquids of a human body (plasma of blood, intercellular liquid, etc.). The structured water is received from ice: certainly, ice from clean mountain glaciers is most useful. However such water can be prepared easily and at home. Take usual unboiled water and purify it in by means of the filter. If you use bottled, additional cleaning is not required. Fill with this water a plastic container and place it in the freezer.
2. Get a container from the freezer 10-11 hours later. In closed form put it under a hot water jet for several seconds. It will help you to separate easily received ice from container walls. Attentively look at ice bar. It will never be crystal-clear: most likely, in the center of bar, ice will be opaque or even yellowish. Take a knife and pierce your ice bar. In it there has to be a cavity with not frozen water. Let's it flow down. In this water there were all harmful impurity, salts of heavy metals. If bar was chilled completely, melt the opaque center by means of the directed hot water jet.
3. Place the remained transparent ice in clay, glass or china. Let's ice thaw in the natural way. Do not heat it and do not place in the microwave oven. When it thaws, you receive the structured water. It it is possible to drink, wash and also to use in the medical purposes.
