Instruction
1. Disconnect speaker systems, alarm wires and network power supply from the amplifier. Remove the device from a rack for the equipment. It is better to repair the amplifier on a table with good lighting.
2. Uncover top and lower the amplifier. For this purpose by means of the screw-driver turn off fixing bolts and accurately dismantle covers.
3. If it is necessary, by means of the vacuum cleaner clean internal space from dust.
4. Attentively examine amplifier payments. To see possible microcracks, use a magnifying glass.
5. Begin repair with check of the transformer of the power supply. By means of a tester check tension on an entrance of the power diode bridge. If there is no tension, check it on other conclusions of windings of the transformer. If at the outputs of the transformer there is no tension, check and if necessary replace the network safety lock.
6. Turn on the amplifier and again measure alternating voltage on an entrance of the diode bridge. If it is absent, a vypayayta the diode bridge and check integrity of diodes by means of a tester. If necessary replace the bridge same or more powerful.
7. Before sealing the new diode bridge, check serviceability of output transistors of the amplifier. Check also lack of short circuit of cases of transistors for a radiator. If necessary replace faulty transistors, dismantle serviceable transistors from a radiator and mount anew, using mica laying. Surely grease them with heat-conducting paste for improvement of the heat sink on a radiator.
8. Check power amplifier details. At damages of output transistors the small resistors connecting them to the previous cascade of the amplifier are very often damaged.
9. Check power supply condensers. Their electrodes should not be closed nakorotko among themselves.
10. Having made sure that short circuits on the feeding tires are absent, there are no faulty details in the output amplifier, establish the diode bridge on its place, install the network safety lock and make trial inclusion. In the absence of faulty details the amplifier mode will be set at once, and it will be ready to work.
11. Establish the top and lower covers.
12. Check resistance of columns. It has to correspond to passport value. Make sure that speaker systems are serviceable.
13. Connect network food, columns and alarm wires to the amplifier.
