The main objective of the economic theory is studying the choice of a way of the most effective use of limited resources and distribution of limited quantity of goods between consumers and their groups. Knowledge of the basic concepts and laws of this science will allow to solve practical problems correctly.
Instruction
1. Read a statement of the problem. Allocate the basic concepts and find definitions of the main terms which need to be known for its decision.
2. Find formulas for calculation of coefficients, quantitative and quality indicators. Using data in statements of the problem and having substituted digital values, making formulas, calculate the required coefficients. Compare initial sizes to their final value. Calculate percent of change of sizes.
3. Issue a written conclusion on a task. Describe in it the obtained design data, compare initial conditions and result, characterize efficiency of use of resources on the calculated coefficients and indicators. Compare the received indicators to optimum values. If their values fall short of optimum, characterize the reasons.
4. Construct schedules or charts on a task which will visually reflect conclusions on it. Just to make it in the Microsoft Excel 2007 program, using function of creation of charts. Its badge is in the section "Insert" of the main menu of the program.
5. Create the new book in Excel, enter basic data on which it is necessary to construct the schedule in cells. Allocate them with "mouse". Enter the section "Insert" of the main menu. Choose chart type necessary to you (the simple schedule, the histogram, the exchange chart, etc.).
6. Click with a mouse the chosen chart type. After that it will appear near basic data. The chart can be moved to any place of a sheet of the file, to change its sizes, to edit a legend, to issue its name.
7. Use a context menu for editing the chart, having clicked the right mouse button and also the Designer, Model and Format tabs of the main menu. Print out a leaf. If necessary copy the issued schedules and transfer them to the text Word file.
