One of the simplest, but effective ways – to use table salt as soap. Moisten the polluted fingers with warm water and apply on them salt. Pound the formed gruel before full clarification of skin. If glue strongly dried up, or there is a lot of it, then it is possible to make a bath with soda and salt. Instead of acetone it is possible to use gasoline or white spirit. They will also help to wash away glue. However it is necessary to be careful, using these means. They it is combustible, so, demand a responsible approach and attentiveness.
