The modern person – a biosocial being. In him signs of the representative of a species and elements of spiritual culture organically connect. The society leaves very strong mark on development of the person. But in essence it remains a part of the nature though social factors considerably enhance differences between people and animals.

1. The person belongs to the species of Homo Sapiens belonging to the class of mammals and group of primacies. Most closer by the biological nature to people there are anthropoids – a chimpanzee, gorillas and orangutans. But at a view of the modern person it is very difficult to present that it with primacies has general roots, so strong are differences in the appearance and behavior determined by social and cultural factors.
2. Allocation of the person came from fauna extremely long ago. Scientists believe that ancestors of people stopped being animals 3-4 million years ago. East Africa from where ancestors of people were gradually settled on all planet, including its most remote corners is considered the homeland of mankind. Formation of the current shape of the person happened over hundreds of thousands of years.

Exactly here it is necessary to look for sources of advantage of people before primacies. The brain of the person differs in extremely high complexity. Its evolution went not through increase in volume and quantity of nervous cages, and became result of the special organization and streamlining of internal communications.
6. Anthropogenesis, that is development of the person as biological being, led to formation of the highest form of existence of matter. The person cardinally differs from other representatives of the animal kingdom in what possesses not only mentality, but also consciousness. He is capable to realize the actions, to consciously plan life and to change the behavior, adapting to conditions of the natural and social environment.
