  • sheet salad of all grades and types;
  • any sheet vegetables – spinach, etc.;
  • greens – parsley, fennel, green onions, etc.

Sometimes it makes sense to add to meal a few cucumbers or salad from them and sheet vegetables. On drying it is the best of all to make a harmonious diet of all food:

  1. Breakfast – couple of eggs, a leaf of cabbage, tea.
  2. The lunch is chicken/meat broth with meat and greens.
  3. Afternoon snack – a pack of skim cheese.
  4. Dinner – boiled beef / bird / fish with sheet salad.

Eating thus, you will be able to lose promptly fat weight, and regular trainings will help to improve a form.
