- In the morning tea, during the lunchtime 200 g of beef, and a dinner choose any of previous except that it is resolved on Wednesday.
Week No. 2
- Too as on Sunday on the first week.
- Since morning tea or coffee. During the lunchtime you can eat chicken and cabbage salad. The dinner consists of 2 eggs and 1 plate of polished carrot with oil.
- A breakfast carrots with a lemon. During the lunchtime you can eat a piece of fish and 1 glass of tomato juice. A dinner – fruit.
- The menu, as on the first week.
- It is possible 1 cup of tea or coffee and crouton in the morning. During the lunchtime eat the fried vegetable marrow and apples. For dinner of 200 g of beef and 1 glass of kefir.
- Same breakfast. During the lunchtime prepare fish and cabbage salad. For dinner only 200 g of beef and 1 plate of kefir.
- In the morning tea or coffee. During the lunchtime 2 eggs and cabbage salad and 1 glass of tomato juice. For dinner prepare 1 piece of fish.
