The parable about the Teacher

The parable about the Teacher

One old, wise Teacher had many pupils, but one of them was the most persistent, not too clever, however, but it was with interest compensated by inherent impudence. This pupil also asked permission to open own school the Teacher. The teacher reflected, and after short thoughts gave the green light.

The pupil became proud, having considered that now he became on an equal basis with the Teacher, time that allowed to open the school. Also went to it now to study young people. However the pupil not especially thought of what he tried to teach the pupils to. And, of course, often it happened so what it was not possible to understand what he told. He did not understand much therefore he demanded that behind him everything repeated accurately word for word and who could not – received severe punishment.

Nobody doubted a training method, still, old Teacher approved new school that more than once confirmed with actions – was much sent them pupils already from his school. The number of the studying boys at new school everything increased, already many managed to forget about the old Teacher, but called his follower the Founder of school.

Once the old Teacher and his pupil met. The founder of school, as now it is proud called he himself, smugly having smiled, told:

- At me already in one hundred times more pupils, than at you. It seems, I managed to surpass you in everything. My school – the best, even you translate to me the pupils. I became such famous that and did not dream you! Besides, it seems, except me, at you so nobody opened own school!

Quietly the Old Teacher smiled, looking at the former pupil inflated with pride:

- It only because those which take of me the hint can only become my real pupils. It is necessary to study more from life, than from wise words.

- In other words, - the Founder of school told, - you give me those pupils with whom did not cope?

- Of course, - having taken of it a glance, the Wise aged man told, - my hand became too weak to rise by some boys who are not especially adjusted on science, but I great punish them, sending to your school. Sufferings which they transfer at your school both physical, and moral, will be set off by it at a remission of sins. And to what you learn – to cook them food there, to do pots or science of life – at your approach just of a difference has no.
