Considering popularity of various gadgets and computers, it is not surprising that every year the number of people with problems of sight increases. Not to join their ranks, it is regularly recommended to do warm-up for eyes for improvement of sight. Exercises are very simple and it is possible to carry out them in any place and at any time. How to warm up eyes?

  7. Do fast and accurate movements from one corner to another, moving on diagonal. Important in each point to fix sight and not to move the head.
