Perhaps, there is no person in a condition of conscious business activity who would not think of how was born (from nothing!) the Universe also gained the development. Such concepts as "singularity", "the theory of the Big Bang" and even "the code of the Universe" do not give the answer to the matter. All ingenious is very simple because lies on the surface.
It is obvious that the shown Universe began "to be developed" from a singularity point according to the program put in CU (code of the Universe). But in this point had to by this moment (conditionally to "Big Bang") to be created all necessary parameters. And fundamental matter is not located at all the randomness and an unstable state to put such basis. How after all this process was started?!
So, there is a point singularity, or "the beginnings of all", there is also a development formula in the form of CU (code of the Universe) and also available a perennial spring of energy (fundamental matter). Thus, the Universe has all three necessary components of the development: initial point, law of development and energy of realization. It was necessary only to understand as in the initial point the development program began to be implemented. At first sight the randomness of fundamental matter does not dispose to the legislative initiative put in Quarter at all.
It is important to understand that the randomness of matter means variety of its states which do not submit to ordered interrelations. In other words, fundamental matter, interacting among themselves, does not form stable communications which could repeat, thereby realizing the principle of orderliness. However the plurality of states means also such forms of communications when separate fragments of matter can enter, at least and in an isolated case, in a condition of full synchronization. Or under certain conditions (and them available a full range of states, chaos is infinitely diverse by the definition!) the uniqueness of all elements of this material or power matter will be broken by separate identity of some of its fragments.
It turns out that the full instability of conditions of matter means separate cases of their (states) of repeatability. And it objectively, the variety is also existence of all possible options of interaction. Thus, chaotic matter cannot be in the "debalanced" state eternally. The moment of time and a spatial point of such ordered "cooperation" of matter is also called "a collectivization point".
Having arisen in a collectivization point, the law (ordered interaction of matter) has to develop as the reached synchronization will already exclude instability in this fragment by definition. Feedback is essence of interaction of all fragments of the material Universe in any its state (order or chaos).
So, in a point of collectivization matter ordering mechanism which began to be implemented in the form of Quarter was started. That is, the stable area of development of matter according to the approved rules of its interaction (cooperation already collective, but not separated) begins to extend, thereby kind of forcing out area of chaotic manifestations. However it is necessary to understand that in the long term there will not come total superiority of an order over chaos as in this case the balance of the Universe will be broken.
By the way, conscious function of the person is direct confirmation of "cooperation" of an order and chaos. So-called "lifeless matter" in the form of a mineral life form began to submit accurately at the time to laws of the Universe, thereby kind of bringing all processes to a state of the certain stagnation excluding dynamic development. And here chaotic matter which enters into mutually beneficial cooperation of an order and chaos a new element – a creative initiative which is possible only on the conditions of application of conscious function or intelligence also proves.
That is creativity and conscious function appeared in the Universe only because of influence of chaos much. And it became a new point of collectivization. In this context the recurrence of prevalence of one condition of matter of the Universe over another will constantly occur, than and all global process of its development will be caused.
