What three laws of Newton

More than three hundred years ago the famous algliysky scientist Isaac Newton laid the foundation on which the modern practical and theoretical physics keeps. Three laws of mechanics stated to them were a turning point in the history of science.

Isaac Newton is the English scientist who was born in the second half of the seventeenth century. He is a founder of classical physics. Newton formulated three major and fundamental laws of mechanics. He collected, systematized and stated knowledge accumulated centuries in the laws. Newton also opened the law of universal gravitation, explained the movement of the Sun around Earth and influence of the Moon on the hydrosphere and the atmosphere of our planet. At the same time it is only the few from merits of the great English scientist.

The newton became famous for the works not only in the field of physics, but also in psychology, philosophy, mathematics and astronomy.

Throughout all the life Newton worked on formation of a so-called physical picture of the World, and these works were fated to become the main greatest opening of the physicist. Many scientists agree in opinion that from the moment of creation of laws of mechanics by Newton history of physics and modern natural sciences in general was reckoned.

The first law of Newton (law of inertia).

The first law says that any body continues to keep at rest or the uniform and rectilinear motion, so far and as it is not forced by the applied forces to change this state. The essence of this law was stated in the 16th century by Galileo Galilei, but Newton considered a concept of the movement from all points of view more deeply (including from the filosovsky party in the treatise "Mathematical Beginnings of Natural Philosophy").

Once, when the scientist sat in a garden under a tree, near it to the earth?" — he thought. So on a legend the law of universal gravitation was open.

The second law of Newton (fundamental law of dynamics).

The second law says that change of number of the movement is proportional to applied driving force and happens in the direction of that straight line on which this force works. Being put by simpler into words, the acceleration acquired by a body in direct ratio to net force and in inverse proportion to the mass of the body. Acceleration at the same time directionally towards force operating on a material point.

The third law of Newton (law of interaction of bodies).

To any action there is the corresponding counteraction - the words known to everyone. The third law of Newton also consists in it. In any interaction of two bodies there are forces operating on both bodies. The third law says that to action there is always an equal and opposite counteraction, otherwise, interactions of two bodies at each other are among themselves equal and directed to the opposite directions.
