Styles of interaction in communication

Everyone has the features, for example, accurate logical chains, professional terms and a bezemotsionalnost of statement are characteristic of scientific style. Official can brag of abundance of a cliche, the bright facts and existence of feedback from listeners are necessary for publicistic, and colloquial has live emotional coloring which is reached due to use of reductions and slang words. The efficiency of social interaction directly depends on how styles of communication are competently applied, at right use of means of language to achieve an ultimate goal of negotiations it turns out quicker.

Interaction barriers in communication

Everyone faced difficulties at negotiations as with some people to find a common language much more difficult, than with others. Matter in interaction barriers, their great variety, we will consider some the most widespread.

Most often people cannot reach a consensus because of the different purposes of the introduction in dialogue. This difference in interests considerably complicates search of the best decision.

Not less often the problem consists in opposite moral positions. It is difficult to make a compromise in such cases, but if decided to make it, it is worth refraining from censure of the partner or attempt to re-educate him.

Other moment preventing to agree is the discrepancy of styles of communication. When one interlocutor is ready for cooperation, and the second is able to listen only to himself, to come to the agreement incredibly difficult.

Besides these main barriers it is possible to allocate a weight more of less considerable, but from it not less unpleasant obstacles, for example, the difference of a social status, esthetic discomfort, a surplus of negative emotions, bad health, incompetence of the interlocutor, etc.
