Psychologically healthy personality such qualities as commitment, activity, mindfulness, openness to cooperation, desire to develop, distinguish ability to come into contact with other people (friends, colleagues, full-fledged family life). Such person can cope with vital disorders, the aggression is not peculiar to him.

But how to keep such necessary mental and psychological health when stresses trap all day long? Doctors of the accurate recipe cannot write out, getting off with the general recommendations. The most significant are attention to the physical state and the correct organization of work and rest. Also you should not forget about regular physical activity and search of opportunities for self-realization.
