Ingredients:

  • green apple – 2 pieces;

Preparation

Properly we wash out apples, we clean from a core and a peel. Then we crush fruit by means of a small grater or the blender. Then we fill in apple puree with cold yogurt, we add cinnamon and we shake up cocktail the blender.

Cocktail with ginger and a lemon

Ingredients:

  • fresh grated ginger - 2 tablespoons;
  • lemon – 1 piece;
  • honey – 1 tsp;
  • dried peel of orange or grapefruit – to taste.

Preparation

We cut a lemon in half and we put in one thermos with grated ginger, we fill in 1.5 l of boiled water. Then we put a dried peel of a citrus. We draw drink within 6 hours, before the use we add honey. This cocktail is recommended to drink for an hour before each meal on 250 ml. If desired it is possible to diversify drink with a branch of mint and couple of slices of a lime.

Cocktail with ginger and green tea

Ingredients:

  • green leaf tea – 20 g;
  • grated fresh ginger – 2 tablespoons;
  • lemon – 1 piece;
  • ice crumb – to taste.

Preparation

At first we make green tea, we do it as usual, having just filled in with boiled water, we allow to infuse. At this time we squeeze out juice of a lemon and we fill in with it grated ginger. Then we mix all ingredients in one thermos and we insist within 3 hours. Before the use the infused drink is cooled to room temperature, then we add to a glass an ice crumb to taste. Cocktail is equally effective as in hot, and cold.

Cocktail from ginger and a dogrose

Ingredients:

  • natural unsweetened yogurt – 150 ml;
  • grated fresh ginger – 2 tablespoons;
  • dogrose – 100 g.

Preparation

We mix ginger with a dogrose, we fall asleep in a thermos, we fill in with boiled water and we insist within 4 hours. Then we cool tincture to room temperature and we send to the blender. We mix yogurt with ginger and a dogrose, we define proportions proceeding from own preferences. If desired it is possible to replace yogurt with the kefir cooled with green tea or carrot juice.
