Constant uneasiness and frustration – the real problems of modern human community. More residents of the cities, especially in rather developed countries are subject to it. The social psychology and sociology allocate and even such phenomenon as social frustration, that is the state which is at the same time tested by group of people who can be united conditionally on any given signs study.

Such subjectively negatively endured emotional reactions manifestations as fear, uneasiness and frustration were created at people in the course of evolution as the reflective psychological functions which are implemented in specific states and in some subsequent characteristic acts actions directed to restoration of conditional mental comfort.

It is necessary to understand that situational uneasiness is normal for the person and is necessary for his life and normal development. A question in the level of personal uneasiness and a habit to it.

Uneasiness as property of the personality (that is, chronic) is formed as a result of multiple experience of fears and is the subjective manifestation of vital not well-being of the personality which is characterized by constant feeling of tension because of possible real or estimated (and even imaginary) threats. This state is caused both by genetic predisposition of the person, and external influences.

Frustration is a specific mental state, to the peculiar civilized persons arising as reaction to frustration of personal plans. Our vital and situational purposes are often unattainable because of incorrect value orientations and biased assessment of opportunities of achievement of these purposes. This mental state is followed by scale of negative emotions: general irritation, anger, depression, sense of guilt, etc. The diffidence, falling of a self-assessment, departure to the world of imaginations and dreams, situational local aggression of behavior, etc. can be the subsequent reaction to frustration. Often frustration is one of sources of depressions and neurosises.

How to fight against frustration?

That specific reaction to the crash of your plans or impossibility of achievement of the personal purposes did not become a constant background of mood of the person, to it it is necessary not only to control the emotions, but also to periodically inspect the aspirations and value systems.

In general, it is also necessary to develop personal endurance to influence of stressful negative vital factors. The only way to it is aspiration to harmony and perfection.
