I try to place emphasis on positive emotions, and what deprives of tranquility and a dream, I try to exclude. If I work at the computer, then I try to open only the websites which are necessary for work and not to "hang" on them. Perhaps, at you other scenarios will work.

Add this list: can be, you have some other actions which are taking away time and forces – try to choose for a start something one, and think how to change it. If it is possible, make calls by work to certain time: take away on them 15 minutes till a dinner, and half an hour – after a dinner, and after calls explain to the child physics. Or make meat baked pudding instead of cutlets, it will save precious minutes and forces. It is possible to prepare for days off little by little each weekday, having charged something to the husband or the child, and instead of harmful donut it is possible to have a bite carrot or banana – it is possible to throw them into a bag for couple of seconds.

Most difficult, probably, with coffee, but also there is an exit. Try to reduce amount of the drunk coffee gradually. Drink more water, try to air more often the room where you work - frequent the fact that we take for fatigue - it is a lack of fresh air.
