and more people choose slates as summer footwear. Slates are not everyday footwear, they are suitable only for certain places (pool, the beach, rest, the nature).

The The Huffington Post newspaper prepared infographics about advantage and harm of slates:

  1. Fingers.

Slates stand on feet at the expense of a thong which passes between a big and middle finger. It leads to excessive load of muscles of legs. As the result, inflammation of sinews (the increased risk of their gaps), bursit (inflammation of a circumarticular bag) and formation of molotko-shaped fingers.

  1. Bones.

  1. Bacteria.

Recommendations about the choice of bedroom-slippers:

  1. The size of footwear has to correspond to the size of your leg. Do not buy footwear, smaller by the size, when yours the heel and fingers hang down.
  2. Bedroom-slippers should not be too flexible, especially in the middle. The most flexible zone of shlepanets has to be a nasal part.
  3. Instep support. Choose bedroom-slippers with an instep support (gorbik in the middle for the foot arch) and with a thick sole.
  4. Choose footwear with wide thongs behind and wide front straps.
  5. Choose natural and soft materials (for example, skin).
  6. Change Vietnamese at least once a year.
