If mother of your child already consists in official marriage with other man to adopt the daughter, besides the statement for paternity proof, in bodies of the REGISTRY OFFICE it is necessary to provide the application written by her husband that it is not necessary the father to the baby who was born at his wife.
6. In case you decided to marry mother of your daughter, adoption will be automatic. And corresponding changes will be made to the birth certificate of the baby.
