5.      Listen to answers of the interlocutor. People will not want to speak if do not listen to them. Confirm what is told by the interlocutor. Be patient, do not interrupt even if there is a strong wish. Pay attention to the accented words emphasized in a conversation. Answer: "Yes, I agree" or it is "correct". These words will let the interlocutor know that you heard what he wanted to tell.
