1. Choose the correct time. The same offer can be differently apprehended by your interlocutor depending on circumstances and his mood. 4. Start discussion of the question interesting you from the logical and reasoned explanation of its importance for you. Tell to the interlocutor of the fears or hopes which you feed concerning a conversation subject. Show it the interest.

5. Do not insist if the opponent refuses to make contact. Thereby you can aggravate situation only. Tell that you will approach with the offer later, at the same time try to find out why he refuses a conversation with you. Whenever possible remove these causes.

6. Ask to talk to you in writing. If the person does not give you chance even to meet it, send it the letter. Of course, there are no guarantees that he will surely read it, but that opportunity all the same is available.

7. Enter the third party into a conversation. At the same time consider that it has to take a neutral position and hold authority both with you, and with your interlocutor. There is a probability that your opponent will listen to his opinion and will go with you for contact.
