Overfatigue – a condition of an organism which is caused by too strong tension because of frequent stresses, disorders, full-time employment at the computer, long-term reflections, etc.

  • to reduce the intake of alcohol and tobacco products, whenever possible in general to exclude;

  • to find interesting hobby;
  • to get positive emotions from communication with people, pleasant for you;
  • to analyze the fears, to define necessary actions and to carry out them in turn.

These measures of prevention concern the general to exclude the reason which led to overfatigue. The periods of serious tension need to be planned in advance and to carry out preparation by means of trainings. Mental strain needs to be removed by means of physical activity with further relaxation.
