1. To be engaged in the search of biological parents, it is necessary to have the written consent of adoptive parents as still nobody cancelled secrecy of adoption. If adoptive parents are dead, the court grants permission for disclosure of information.
2. Having got necessary permission, address to bodies of the civil registration (CR) where all information concerning the birth of the person and his biological parents is stored.

5. Except inquiry in the REGISTRY OFFICE, you have the right to address to maternity hospital where you were born, or archive of the court which granted permission for your adoption or adoption and also in tutorship and guardianship authority or in a regional databank of the children who were left without parental guardianship.
6. Keep in mind that the REGISTRY OFFICE and other government institutions are only obliged to tell you surnames and names of your parents, their present place you should look for accommodation most. It is possible to make it by means of the detective agencies though they undertake such affairs reluctantly: too strongly here it is necessary to interfere in private life of citizens that contradicts the legislation on private detective activity.
7. If you were lucky nevertheless to find the parents, do not say to them at once that you their son or the daughter. At first get acquainted with them as the stranger – the worker of social protection, etc. It is quite possible that your biological parents will not be pleased by a meeting with the child thrown once, and they will not go for contact, and it will cause you a big psychological trauma.
