Sometimes, having come to any action or a party, it is possible to find out that the most difficult - to meet new people. Being in crowd of people where you know nobody, it is possible to become puzzled and come to confusion. That it did not occur, adopt several councils.

1. Gathering for an action, put on suitably. So, it is better to come to a secular party in an elegant suit or a dress. Respectively, the informal party assumes more democratic or even scandalous style. When you arrive to a party, for a moment stop in the doorway and look round. Look whether someone whom you know is not among attendees. If such people are, go to their party. Even if all guests of a party are unfamiliar to you, enter the room easy, with a faint and pleasant smile as though you know a half of guests here. Most likely, in reply will also friendly smile to you.
2. Find among the present people of the organizer of a party. Give him some appropriate compliment - for example, concerning a remarkable action and a large number of guests. If you tell that you almost know nobody from them, the organizer of a party for certain will present you to guests.
3. When you are presented to people, give a hand for handshake. It should not be too strong or sluggish. Shake hands the interlocutor, welcoming him. Pay attention to that your palms were not damp, and handshake did not continue too long. It is important to impress favourably from the very beginning of acquaintance.
4. If the organizer of the event did not tell you, than your new interlocutor is engaged, ask him about it. If it is a student's party, you can ask him couple of questions of its training. Wait for the answer, and only then ask the following question. Also tell a little about yourself: for example, where do you live, than you are engaged that you study, etc. Try that your communication turned out easy and easy.
5. Also you can get acquainted with somebody at a party independently. Look round around, perhaps, you will see still somebody who so far is in loneliness too. Approach it and take an interest in something - for example as to it this party. Ask couple more of neutral questions. Then be presented and tell something about yourself or ask something about the interlocutor.
6. At acquaintance at a party in communication you should not touch upon serious or too personal subjects which can be inappropriate in such situation. It is better to find the general subjects where it is possible to take an interest in opinion of the interlocutor on any given question. Also you can improvise. For example, to give a compliment concerning a suit (clothes style, ornament) of your new acquaintance, and then to pass to discussion of fashion trends. Or, if your interlocutor called the kind of activity, it is possible to talk on a professional subject if you understand it. If is not present, show interest in its work, and you will be able to learn something new for yourself.
7. In general, to learn to get acquainted at parties, it is necessary to remember some highlights: to show benevolence and sincere interest in interlocutors, to behave easy, to follow the basic rules of good form. The more often you will attend various actions and to strike up new acquaintances, the it will be easier for you to strike up new acquaintances and to communicate with various people.
