1. To get rid of scandal, realize need of refusal of any sort of the conflict. Understand for yourself that during the quarrel nobody ever will be able to prove nobody anything. The thing is that existence of negative emotions excludes ability to perceive, understand and agree.

5. Avoid verbal statement of negative emotions of the opponent. You do not say aloud a type phrase: "And what you are nervous what you are angry?", "And what you rage?" You approve by similar words its emotional condition and the right for manifestation of this state only once again.
6. Quietly leave the room in which scandal was played. But do not take in head to slam before leaving the door or to cry out something offensive. It, most likely, will cause only the next flash of uncontrollable rage, and it is unknown what succession of events will follow it.
7. Disprove nothing even if the partner will regard your silence as capitulation. Sustain a necessary pause, let revels in the imaginary victory. You remember - nothing in you has to support its negative spirit.
