2. Optimize life. If you have such opportunity, buy the dishwasher, the robot vacuum cleaner and the robot floor polisher. Prepare once a week and freeze semi-finished products of own production. Perhaps, you decide to refuse ironing of bed linen, towels and home clothing. So you will save time on household chores, and you will have several additional hours a week for work. Allocate time for household chores. For example, all household duties have to be executed till 12-00. You can devote the rest of the time to the child and self-realization.
3. Choose optimum time for work. You work while the child eats. The children who are on breastfeeding often eat and sleep at the same time. At the same time mother is forced to lie or sit almost not movably not to wake the kid. At this time many mothers go on-line to communicate, find the necessary information or to look at something for themselves. Instead the woman can give several hours to work. If your child sleeps in the bed, you can also use this time for the professional affairs.
4. Work during walks. If your child sleeps while you walk, you can work also on a bench in the park. Take the netbook, the tablet, the smartphone or a notebook with the handle. While the kid sleeps, you will be able to write the plan of work, to make calculations or to write article.
5. Connect assistants. If grandmothers and grandfathers are ready to spend time with the child, allow them to communicate separately from you. Go to other room, on kitchen and if the child with pleasure remains on a visit, bring it for a while to relatives. So you will have some more leisure hours for work.
6. Use evenings. Ask the husband to play a little with the child, and then to expiate him, and you will have an additional hour on your labor duties.
7. Do not forget about yourself and the child. Remember that you at one therefore it is not necessary to try to work with the last bit of strength. The kid needs quiet well rested mother, and to the husband – the joyful and attentive wife.
