Take a needle, pass in it the prepared silk thread about 1 meter long. Instead of silk thread it is possible to take an iris, or thread with lavsan. Ask the assistant to pass accurately a needle with thread between a finger and a ring, an ear forward. Pull out thread from an ear of a needle and stretch its end in the direction of the finger basis. The needle can be removed.
4. Ask the person, holding the end of thread at the finger basis with the left hand, the right hand to wind your finger on a spiral up with the rest of thread, almost to a nail. Rounds have to lay down exactly, without overlaps and gleams. Begin to untwist the received cocoon since the opposite end, pushing a ring the tense thread a little. If from the first the ring did not manage to be removed, repeat all procedure at first, yet do not receive the expected result. It is necessary to work carefully and accurately not to injure skin.
