Some managers still (in the 90th years of the last century it was unsurprising) try to use in all seriousness the NLP equipment in the organizations of sales. And even achieve some, at first sight positive results. It seems to these people that is possible, having read several books of quasi-pseudoscientific contents, easily and just to manipulate consciousness of mass of persons interested that manipulated them.
Let's try to understand what such NLP and how it works in trade?
The NLP (neurolinguistic programming) inherently represents set, allegedly effective technologies, secrets and near-psychological tricks united by the general method and the purpose. The purposes at the applying NLP differ in one unpleasant and guarding feature: NLPishniki want to impose you something or to involve in some general action. The semi-illiteracy at these wonderful specialists is perfectly combined with aggression. The normal person has a similar behavior selling, all its policy poorly veiled strokes cause exclusively negative feelings. Well how to trust such people?
The equipment and the NLP methods on sales
Some (even large and serious) firms in the 90th and 2000th actively introduced the NLP trainings for the purpose of increase in sales. What did it lead to?
Indifference to the value and ethical sphere of other people and orientation
on indispensable achievement of the result bringing dividends led to the fact that many selling companies refuse application of the NLP methods and the technician now. Anyway, it is not pleasant to any client when manipulate him. And people not idiots (at least, not all).
Who did not face aggressive sellers who prevent to choose? Will you go to the second time to shop or firm with employees who behave as adherents of totalitarian sects?
To increase the number of sales, it is necessary to trade in goods quality and necessary to the population. It is useful to read couple of brochures about work and behavior of the seller (there are quite sensible grants). And no NLP will be required.
