We live in the world where our behavior is dictated by social norms and rules. But, as we know, from all rules there are exceptions. Some citizens are respectable, and others do not reckon with opinion of people around and cross morality and even the law. The thing is that since the birth each of us has positive and negative qualities. Their manifestation depends on education and ability to cope with various stressful situations. How to learn the dark sides or shortcomings of the person who interested you and in what moments the virtue can be shown? We now will also talk about it.
Positive and negative qualities of the personality
It was so led that in the world all things have two parties – bad and good. Day is replaced at night, the good fights against the evil eternally and even somebody yes is found in still water. Same treats also the person. One great as that told – "Even if to put in prison all people on the planet, everyone will guess at heart – for what". Why does that happen and people identical in appearance have a set of positive and negative qualities of character and where these qualities it is most characteristic are shown? There are situations when even the most conscientious, according to people around, the person, arrives unexpectedly badly.
Let's review for a start some examples of manifestation of those qualities which are negative:
- Extreme situations. When the person feels fears for the life and health, he is capable of the most unexpected acts and shows such negative qualities as a lie, treachery, cowardice, lack of will, etc.
- Career development. Especially often positive and negative personal qualities are shown in all that concerns work and increase in a position. Some use such method as "circulation on the heads". It means that the person is ready to break any laws of morality if only to achieve desirable career development. Here such qualities as hypocrisy, a lie, vanity, egocentrism, hatred and impudence are used.
- Human relationship, unfortunately, too is considered as the base for demonstration of negative qualities. Especially shortcomings of people are shown in family life. Here it is possible to meet jealousy, nonsense, greed, peevishness, untidiness.
However where is negative, there will always be also positive personal qualities. So-called virtues are highly appreciated and in every possible way encouraged with society. Let's review the same examples, but already from the best qualities of the person:
- In extreme situations the ingenuity, courage, courage, endurance, gravity, courage, responsiveness, reliability and fidelity are appreciated.
- As for career development, first of all, in any employee resistance to stress, conscientiousness, diligence, honesty, punctuality, tactfulness and skill to communicate are appreciated.
- In the relations to an ideal the person who has such qualities as tenderness, attentiveness, kindness, compliance, patience, attentiveness, reliability, fidelity and ability to listen to the loved one and to support him is equated.
All positive and negative qualities of the person exist only in total. Absolutely ideal people do not exist. Even if the person is brought perfectly up and well proved in stressful situations, he can have addictions which also belong to negative qualities. As for the relation of society to manifestation in the person of the good and bad parties of character, here already from time immemorial became stronger the following provisions:
- merits are those which lead the personality to development;
- negative qualities – drive the personality into the deadlock;
- society is appreciated – adequacy, ability to keep with advantage, trust, accuracy and nobility.
- are not appreciated – treachery, sloppiness, laziness, meanness, envy, indifference, pessimism.
Anyway, each person has the right to choose the behavior model suitable him and to hide deeply in soul all the shortcomings. But even in a honey flank there is always a honey spoon. For balance the nature created the good and evil. And what part to take we choose during all life.
