When we with confidence say that someone had to arrive quite so, and in any way differently, we mean influence of lines of its character on his behavior, life, a course of action and thinking. In other classifications you will meet in the list intellectual traits of character, that is those that appeared at you in the course of training in some subject, craft, ability. And emotional traits of character are shown during communication with people.
Strong and weak traits of character
Each of us as far as your self-assessment was underestimated or overestimated, has strong and weak traits of character. As all psychologists or those who try to imitate them speak, strong traits of character need to be developed, and weak to improve and turn into the advantages.
In words everything is simple, and in practice, we cannot even adequately estimate in what our pluses and whether there are minuses.
Weak traits of character are what interferes with our growth, development, contrary to all talents. In self-development and psychology of success the defects are much more important to see ability. For example, in the book Think and Grow Rich you can meet the huge list of the weaknesses of character which are carefully made by the author. If among them you did not find at yourself any, it says not about your perfection, and more likely that you see yourself in inadequate light.
As for strengths, it is rather simple to calculate them, having summarized the abilities and talents, and having revealed the qualities necessary for their implementation. For example, if you obviously show talents in the sphere of sales, probably, you have an ability to find the correct approach to everyone, ability to describe advantages of goods, diplomatic qualities, restraint and focus.
Traits of character of the man
There is also a list of traits of character of the man, ideal man, it would be more correct to tell to which image it would be necessary to aspire. Perhaps, only the woman can make this list:
- if the man does not treat with respect women, he is not a man;
- the purpose of existence of the man lies much above his personal benefits;
- the man always to seek to improve the world therefore never stays idle;
- the man achieves the objective, even when his hands, apparently, had to fall long ago;
- the man knows that such second wind;
- the real man is able to laugh at the mistakes;
- the man seeks for the competition, but does not avoid it.
