Most of modern women give preference to successful men. But scientific and technical progress, present living conditions, present priorities go on how one: "Do you want to feel as the lucky and to be the first? Then reject emotions and offenses, overtake time". But achievement of goals is impossible without collision face to face with disturbing situations, irritants. And it, in turn, leads to origin of various diseases which are shown far not at once.

Stress nature, its types and reasons

Before passing to classification of a stress, it is important to note that when men feel overstrained, only 10% from them for this reason address experts.

Stress – biological reaction of a human body. The last when has a presentiment of vital threat, as much as possible aggravates attention and feelings. At this time the brain sends impulses for the purpose of production of stressful hormones by them. As a result of their action the sweating amplifies, breath and heartbeat becomes more frequent. Characteristic of types of a stress

  1. Mental stress. Intellectual tension is the main symptom of stressful influence on life of the man. Cognitive thinking depends on it (visualizations, language and so forth). The brain is responsible for recognition of a stress as something negative or positive. All systems of an organism react to it in a certain way only after the reason makes the decision on the corresponding perception on action of a stressful situation. In rational and logical thinking leads mental strain to violations.

The personality who is in a condition of a mental stress is not capable to concentrate, objectively to perceive the events, to make the right decisions.

  1. Psychological. There are two types of a psychological stress: information and emotional. The last represents result of mental pressure. Signs of an emotional class depend on intensity of such pressure. So, when consciousness is in confusion, the man feels irritation, irascibility. In this case it is shown through nervousness and feeling of loneliness. During such period it is difficult to it to keep the thoughts under control. Information represents reset by certain information which is absolutely unnecessary in case of permission of a specific problem. That is such stress develops when it is more information, than it is necessary and at the same time it has the smallest semantic loading.
  2. Physical. It treats physical reaction to the nature of developing of the stress. But at the same time functions of a cardiovascular system and nervous are not affected.
  3. Acute stress. It is shown as instant (can be positive, called "эустресс", is expressed not by long feeling of concern), and incidental at which moments of tension arise so often that get out of the control of the personality, turning into a way of life.
  4. Ecological. Its emergence is promoted by external influences. Can treat them: toxic agents in ecology, toxins, weather conditions, sharp temperature differences.
  5. Chronic. This stress has no end. It seems infinite (can be expressed in fear to lose a position). Unfortunately, such type of a stress is capable to finish the person to moral "burning out".
  6. Hormonal. Reason: hormonal shifts of an organism. Most often meets during puberty.
  7. Hypostress. Arises when the person or is limited in the opportunities, or feels boredom. Can arise at people who make monotonous work day by day.
  8. Hyper stress. If you do not want to get it, then you should not exceed a limit of the maximum opportunities, strongly risking and worrying about an outcome of current affairs. In these situations even the petty circumstance is capable to enrage you.
