How to increase sense of responsibility?

To develop or increase level of responsibility of people has to work on itself and show consideration for the words, acts and promises. It is very important not to lower hands when something is impossible, work on itself – hard work. Also organizational work will not prevent. Due to work with people, the organization of their united actions can develop own responsibility with ease.

Helps in this situation and the relations with children. If the person has own children, at communication with them, he appears in a situation when cannot be responsible for them. As a result, when there is no choice, there is a mobilization which brings in the future to bigger responsibility.

For this purpose it is necessary just to write down on paper everything promised and terms of performance. It is necessary to follow them.
