3. It is the best of all to relax after the fruitful training in the sauna or the pool, but not behind the glass of strong drink in any way. The fact is that after the good training the organism works in the emergency mode, kind of continuing sports therefore alcohol can also badly affect health. Besides, alcohol causes dehydration of the organism which already lost "seven sweats" in the aerobics class.

4. It is useful for that who keeps the figure to know that the alcoholic drinks received on the eve of the training or right after it reduce effect of occupation practically to zero so neither mnogokillogrammovy dumbbells, nor long runnings on the cardiotrack will bring desirable effect.
