Yoga – very popular and fashionable kind of sport available presently practically to everyone. But very few people know that the yoga is, first of all, the work on reason, but not over the body. When performing asanas you shouldn't feel any discomfort, whether it be numbness, excessive inflow of blood, or just uncomfortable position. In that case repeat all over again, yet you won't feel full relaxation. If in that case nothing leaves, use for a start auxiliary objects, such as wall or chair.

2.   Having found position, convenient for you, relax, as when performing the shavasana. Only you remember that various groups of muscles which have to support you are involved in various asanas. That is muscles which will be relaxed and which will be strained, in different poses will alternate.

3.   Concentrate all the attention on breath: it has to be smooth, free, easy, not sharp and not noisy, the stomach at the same time can rise and fall.

4.   Having executed successfully all manipulations given above hold the asana chosen by you as long as you will be able. For a start it can be several seconds or minutes, then time of performance has to be extended. After each asana have a rest at least several minutes before starting following.

It isn't necessary to chase unimaginably difficult asanas or to hope for fast result. Only small short steps it is possible to come to the great purpose!
