Many champions on the bidibuilding never used splita just because it isn't suitable for them. But also even the standard program of trainings from 3 occupations a week can suit not everyone. If, for example, the athlete earns the living by hard physical work or it had small children, and he is forced to get up to them at night, 3 times a week are much. With such pace the athlete quickly receives overfatigue, and growth of muscles slows down. Such people should train 2 or even once a week. The third defining factor – food and the healthy lifestyle. If the athlete drinks and smokes if he eats somehow, he can shake for years and not see noticeable results. To the contrary, the healthy lifestyle and good nutrition provide the fastest achievement of results. Healthy food means receiving by the organism of the balanced amount of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. And proteins need to be received from boiled meat or fish, from milk and dairy products, from nuts. And carbohydrates – from fruit, vegetables and grain, but not from rolls and confectionery. Special attention should be paid to vitamins and minerals. If good healthy nutrition is capable to provide the ordinary person with enough vitamins, then for the body builder of it will be a little. It is necessary to take various vitamin and mineral drugs in addition. There are also special medicines for athletes accelerating many times growth of muscles – anabolic steroids. It is proved that intake of steroids allows to achieve much bigger results, than usually. Producers of anabolic steroids assure that their medicines are absolutely harmless and are even useful to the athlete. However adherents of "natural" bodybuilding know that long-term intake of steroids is harmful to the general human health and can lead to serious problems sooner or later. Many think: at first I will be pumped up by means of steroids, and then I will refuse them. But in practice everything appears absolutely not so. Rather easily having received the first results, the athlete does attempt to refuse intake of anabolic steroids. But in reply to his muscle begin "to be blown off". And, not to avoid it, it is forced to continue intake of steroids. And so until serious problems with health and with sport begin it is necessary to stick.
