4. During power loadings, occupations with posts, etc. the organism loses moisture less intensively. Means, you can not feel the need to fill it. In this case drink when you find necessary and you will feel thirst. Throughout all power training, in principle, it is possible to do also without water. After completion of exercises don't forget to drink the glass or two liquids.

5. The recommended scheme of water consumption at exercise stresses: - in 2 hours prior to the training – 200-300 ml; - in 10 minutes – 80-100 ml; - in the course of the training – 100-150 ml every 15-20 minutes; - after the training - 200 ml to repeat each 15 minutes, don't satisfy thirst yet.
