It is difficult to become the good athlete deriving pleasure from exercises if sneakers the tinder, the clothes constrain movements, and process is watched by the dissatisfied neighbor. It is important to pick up comfortable footwear, the suitable suit, the small next-to-skin bag which isn't preventing to move where it is possible to put necessary objects if it is impossible to leave them, for example, in the gym dressing room.

5. It is important to choose the comfortable training zone where you won't be distracted, and perhaps and will support at a difficult moment. It can be the gym or the quiet embankment for run in the evenings. The main criterion by which it is necessary to be guided – internal comfort. Someone is helped by sports trainings with group, others prefer to be engaged alone, and there are no universal rules here.

6. For a start about three times a week are better to train, it gives necessary loading and at the same time doesn't overload the muscle. For beginners and nonprofessional athletes such number of occupations, with rare exception, is considered optimum. Professionals practise in the art much more, but it is necessary to begin the sports way nevertheless with the reasonable level of loadings.
