Now do breathing exercise and on the delay raise legs together by 10 centimeters over the floor. Pull socks and make several wide leg swings as scissors. Return to the initial position, then repeat exercise 2 more times. Exercise No. 6. Sit down on the floor and widely part straight legs. Palms lean against the floor behind the case. Do breathing exercise and on the delay put hands on the floor before yourself, having taken fingers "steps" to heels. Then take the initial position and repeat exercise 2 times. Exercise No. 7. Get up directly, place legs on width of shoulders. Perform breathing exercise and at its fourth stage, take away hands palms back up. Then return to the home position, repeat 2-3 times.
