People who seriously practice yoga receive this energy during meditations. Other people receive this energy too, but only during sleep. The received energy will be spent during the day. The structure of this energy is not known, it is considered that it is not a product of any chemical reactions or the physical phenomena known now.

 In ancient times the yogis considered that this energy – the basis of all live on the earth, is present at all living beings and is a fundamental principle of any other types of energy. According to them, at each living being there is a developed biopower system which is capable to acquire and process energy and to send it to bodies and even to separate cages. Today the similar principles are present also at the modern directions on management of energy - Reiki, DEIR, Chi kung, etc. 

Any energy is capable to form the special power field. The bioenergy is not an exception. Moreover, it is capable to turn into a biofield and back. The structure and properties of such field are affected by indicators of each element in a human body. The condition of an organism also changes a biofield. Depending on the state of health of the person, the biofield can take three forms. In nonconventional east medicine practice use of information in a biofield for definition of a disease. By means of recovery of power the found disease is cured.

There are many exercises and the directions on yoga in different east countries, but all of them are based on increase in power which is the base of human physiology. You for certain know that the people practicing yoga are practically not ill and live much longer than other people. In what a secret of their success? The main idea of exercises of yoga – the correct reception, concentration and distribution of energy on all human body by means of chakras.

   

Chakras are the power centers of our body. In total their seven and they evenly settle down along a backbone. It is considered that each chakra has color and the special type of energy, ourselves generate each of which and we use depending on intentions, mood and a situation. By means of chakras, power streams which feed our organism with energy accumulate. In these streams that energy which we daily use and which so often is not enough for us is created. As it was told above, most of people receive this energy during sleep.

     

Yogis are capable to receive this necessary energy during meditations and use of the equipment of asanas. They harmonize the internal state, using additional energy as peculiar scales. Skillfully directing energy in the necessary direction, yogas can correct problems in the organism without the need for use of medicines. Energy stimulates work of immune and nervous system, normalizes a metabolism and is the main source for regeneration and activity of cages, vessels, fabrics, bodies, the systems, functions of an organism. The more actively and more intensively the person accumulates energy, the work of all systems, processes, functions becomes more active. At the same time aging processes slow down.

In some medical centers of east countries the similar system is used for treatment of diseases. Experts concentrate on weak power areas of a human body and by means of thought forms and passes hands strengthen problem areas. Are in certain cases applied technology of acupuncture to direct influence on the main power centers and redirections of power streams. Respectively the formed powerful power of the person promotes recovery of full power supply of an organism, at the same time the available traffic jams in power channels are gradually liquidated. As a result of such sessions of people without efforts and time expenditure increases such energy potential what could not reach in attempts to practice yoga or other improving techniques.

         

The second basis of exercises of yoga is technology of the correct breath which also influences the level of health and rates of aging of an organism. Several centuries ago monks in Tibet noticed that residents of the villages located live in mountain areas much longer than the others. Already then it was known that in mountains the air which was more discharged and percent of oxygen in air is much lower. It means that its presence at an organism is limited, therefore, and consequences of oxidizing process in cages are not so destructive. So, the organism does not need to spend a powerful part of the available energy for neutralization of consequences of excessive oxidizing process that is observed at the population living in the ordinary flat territory and inhaling the usual, not rarefied air. In particular, this factor influences quality and life expectancy, cutting average indicators almost by half in relation to mountaineers. Yogas on the basis of this information were created by special technicians of breath. It consists in reduction of quantity and depth of respiratory processes. Thus, the amount of the arriving oxygen is artificially limited, and oxidizing process in cages does not become such intensive, preventing thereby excess energy consumption.

Unfortunately, having concentrated all attention on technological progress, the mankind forgot about progress spiritual. As a result many ancient methods of management of energy were forgotten or lost. Because of it at this evolutionary stage the mankind has a poor idea of energy on which our health and longevity which is in each solid and liquid substance, in each molecule, in each particle depends. Only quite recently people began to realize the value of energy again and to take the first steps on mastering technicians of management of energy.
