The being sure head of Pirelli Motorsport Paul Hembri, that today "Formula One" lacks the 1500 horsepowers engines which would make racers real heroes.

Paul Hembri was the head of autosports division of Pirelli since 2011, but in the 2017th he held the position of the CEO of Pirelli corporation in Latin America.

However quite recently after 25 years of work in the company he resigned and now actively looks for new opportunities to return to the bosom of the car racing. Moreover, it has own view of further development of royal races.

Hembri told in the interview to journalists of the Motorsport.com edition "What really has to occur – racers have to become kings of motorsport. They have to become superstars as now the main the chat of fans is focused on outstanding personalities.

All of us very often discuss fascinating races when there was the rain or for ten circles to the finish safety car appeared. Unpredictability or concentration of cars, as in case of departure of the car of safety when racers have no opportunity to go at full capacity is necessary for us".

On the question what has to be "Formula One" if to create it from scratch, Hembri answered: "If simply, then simple increase in power has to complicate the task to racers. Why not to increase power up to 1500 horses?

It most likely won't correspond to desire and plans of car makers which have the interests in the royal auto racing.

Their purpose to sell some technologies, but pay attention, jumps on horses are still very popular, despite existence of cars.

"Formula One" can lose touch with reality. So, my blank sheet: super "Formula-2" with the huge power, reduction of technological effectiveness is more than money to racers, to leave at most ten profitable and viable teams".

Hembri considers that hosts of "Formula One" have to advance more vigorously changes which wants, but not to try to agree with all participants:

"You will never be pleasant to all. What you wouldn't tell and didn't do, there will always be someone, it won't be pleasant to whom. It is necessary to have the accurate position.

It is now the task of owners – to present the vision and to go towards the aim. It is possible to do nothing, but then there is the risk of gradual reduction of appeal".

Now Hembri who works on several projects in which the long time is engaged and which have nothing in common with auto racing and cars tries to return to races.

Hembri added: "More than 20 years I participate in it in various forms at the different levels. It is sure, to me is what to offer. If there was the opportunity, and someone felt that I can lay the hand and made the proposal, then I would consider it".
