How to achieve the flat stomach: 4 effective exercises

Today fitness clubs and various videos offer various complexes of effective exercises against the drooped stomach. But how to be if there is no time for long trainings, and the flat tummy there is a strong wish?

To tighten the belt, you will be helped by four simple, but very effective 5-minute exercises. For long-term effect stock up with patience, trainings have to be regular (at best, daily). Also pay attention to food, nobody cancelled arithmetics of calories.

  • Exercise 1. "How many years"

We take the deep breath and we inflate the stomach into 4 scores. The exhalation through the mouth. With the exhalation as much as possible we tighten the belt to the backbone. We lay down on the surface, hands behind the head, legs are bent in knees, feet on the floor. Deep breath. On the exhalation we lift the case from the floor and we last forward. We are late in the top point into 4 scores and we come back to the home position. We alternate direct twisting to side when serially we reach for the right and left knee. We repeat exercise as far as there will be enough forces, to feeling of strong burning in muscles.

  • Exercise 3. "Cat".

We get up on all fours and we take the deep breath. On the exhalation we round the back and with the force we tighten the navel to the backbone. We hold the breath into 8 scores and we relax. We repeat exercise of 8 times.

  • Exercise 4. "Level".

The best express exercise for symmetry of ALL body. It consists in static lag over the surface at the support on hands and legs. Exercise excellently tightens muscles of the stomach, legs and buttocks, makes out the waist, strengthens muscles of hands and the breast. Determine time of lag and the number of approaches by the opportunities (for example, using the scheme below). You don't aspire behind temporary records, for efficiency it is important to hold equal position of the case.
