Meditation is the ancient practice of change of consciousness which came to us from yoga and the Buddhism. 1. For meditation choose the quiet cozy place where nobody will disturb you. Ideal time for meditation – earlier morning when consciousness isn't loaded by daily cares yet. Also it is better to be engaged in this spirituality on an empty stomach. For achievement of composure it is enough to meditate only once in day, at the same time.

2. Receive the convenient pose that the head, the neck and the trunk were on the straight line. The postural pose is selected individually as any discomfort can interfere with immersion in the meditative state. The most popular option – the pose of the lotus or semi-lotus. For beginners simpler poses are recommended: sitting in the chair with the direct back, lying on the rug, sitting on heels with the cramped knees, sitting on the floor with the crossed legs.

3. Set the alarm clock or the timer for the period of the end of meditation. For creation of the correct spirit and the easy exit from meditation use the hand bell or thin cymbals (tingshas). Begin and finish each occupation with meditation by the ring of the hand bell or kick in cymbals.

4. Close eyes and try to relax as much as possible. The easiest way of immersion in meditation – concentration on breath. You breathe naturally, mentally pronouncing the word "time" with each breath and the word "two" with each exhalation. Don't try to control the rhythm of the breath.

5. Meditation on various subjects – love, wealth, health became widespread. So, present that you are in some beautifull place: on the flower glade, on the seashore. Inhale aromas of flowers, feel the easy breeze on your skin. And when you feel happiness and serenity, attract so desired images in the consciousness. It can be the man of your dream, the beautiful house, luxury and wealth, the ideal figure to which you so aspire. Enjoy the thought-up world and its benefits. And in work on achievement of the treasured purpose remember those tremendous feelings more often, they will give you forces.

6. When the alarm clock rings out, slowly open eyes. Make several deep breaths. Get up and properly stretch. Only don't get up too sharply, otherwise you will begin to whirl the head. In the course of meditation the heartbeat slows down and arterial blood pressure decreases. Don't forget to call the hand bell. If you managed to comprehend meditation art, then the sincere harmony and the charge of cheerfulness for the whole day will be the award to you.
