Then change exercise – wring out hands down and in the parties.

6. In the similar way it is possible to pump up not only hands, but also legs – for example to pump up hip muscles, you need to get up sideways to the wall and to rest against it the hand. The partner has to rest palms against your shin or hold you for the foot. Take the leg aside, overcoming resistance. Repeat exercise ten times. Also, with the resistance from the partner, raise the leg forward and lower it and also bend legs in knees while the partner holds you by shins.
