6. Choose occupations in the pool if your child is hyperactive, astenichen or differs in the increased emotionality. For occupations in water there are practically no contraindications, besides, they well influence all organism, strengthen muscles and develop the good bearing.

7. If you want to develop coordination, strong-willed traits of character, discipline, to give to movements of the child the accuracy and rhythm, to teach to be guided in space and time, give preference to fencing, sports dances, occupations of wushu and ski sports.

8. For development of all groups of muscles, coordination, flexibility, grace and symmetry, offer the child of doing gymnastics. This sport can do from three-year age, but also, it is basic and can serve as good preparation for transition to the following sports step.

9. If you want the child to always stand for himself, learned to react quickly and to own well the body, send him to section of martial arts. There he will be able to splash out the collected emotions and will learn to control aggression.
