It is required to you

  • - warm clothes;
  • - jump rope;
  • - staircase on 9 floors;
  • - punching bag;
  • - gloves;
  • - bath.

Instruction

1. Jump on the jump rope. Put on something warm from winter clothes: trousers, jersey and cap. It is the best of all to hook still cotton fabric that it well absorbed sweat. Take the jump rope and jump about 2 minutes. Every day increase training time for half-minute. At such scheme you will be able to reach up to 15 minutes in 1 month. In 30 days of similar trainings you will visually see as far as you lost weight. It is very important to increase constantly time and to don't miss any training.
