Instruction

1. Exercise No. 1. Get up directly. Put legs shoulder width apart. Hands arrange on the waist. Move shoulders to the right, to the left. At the same time behind shoulders pull the case. When performing this exercises hips have to remain motionless. Repeat turns about 20 times.
