Speed and reaction if they are well developed, help to remain always on call and to avoid dangerous and even deadly situations. Special exercises allow to learn quick response to irritants which precede any action.
1. Begin trainings with quite simple game exercise of "plopper". Ask the partner to get up opposite to you and to arrange the palm so that it was convenient to you to beat it. Your task is to get the fist up to the palm, and your partner – to try to be ahead of you and in time to remove it. After a while change over.
2. Use one more simple exercise which is often applied by actors or athletes in synchronous sports. Get up opposite to your partner. Let him make any movements which will only come to mind. Your task is to repeat after them everything in accuracy, I act as much as possible synchronously. Speed of change of movements has to increase over time. It will help your brain to work more actively, instantly giving orders to muscles.
3. Try to be trained among group of people. The game "Occupy the Chair" known to all will approach. On the center of the room put chairs which quantity is 1 less, than players in the form of the circle. The music is turned on, and participants I begin to move around chairs. As soon as music stops, it is necessary to sit down on any chair quickly. The one who wasn't in time leaves, taking away with himself one of chairs. As a result there is one winner, the fastest and dexterous of all.
4. Be engaged in sprint. This sport trains the "explosive" speed of muscles and reaction to environmental conditions as for a short time it is necessary to reach the finish as soon as possible. Increase run speed gradually, with each jog, otherwise there can be the overfatigue.
5. Register in boxing club. It is excellent sport for the training of speed and reaction, though quite injury-causing. Gradually you learn to foresee behavior of opponents and to quickly strike retaliations.
6. Gather not only the muscular speed and reaction, but also brain. Let your partner will prepare the certain quantity of questions in that area which you understand at least a little. Further it is possible to train in several various ways, for example, to answer on as the bigger number of questions in the minute is possible or to manage to answer the question in 10-20 seconds, etc.
