In this article I will tell how to increase force of the grip, without spending for this large number of time and forces. The result won't keep itself waiting long. Checked on itself.

Force of the grip, as a rule, is necessary for athletes to martial artists from such sports as: sambo, Brazilian ju-jitsu, judo and so on. That is where in the form of equipment the kimono acts.

In the course of training activity, force of the grip, of course, becomes stronger over time, but often it isn't enough therefore many athletes resort to various exercises which promote increase in force of the grip.

I will tell about two. In my opinion, they can be considered effective.

1)     To the lasagna on the rope. Excellent exercise which increases force of the grip. And it not only advantage of this exercise. All body, except legs is pumped over. However it is possible to find the rope only in sports sections and that not in all.

2)     Static deduction on the towel or the sheet. It is necessary to throw material through the horizontal bar and to hang, having grabbed both ends. The hang can be made as total capture of fingers of hands, and to use several fingers. This exercise very effective and is available to everyone. Horizontal bars are practically in each yard. Especially, it is possible to throw fabric through the tree branch. It is possible not just to hang, performing this exercise, but also to make pullings up, thus, having involved other groups of muscles.

It is possible to perform exercises as in the complex, and separately. It can be done after the training or in time, free from the training. Not only the professional athlete can carry out them, but also anyone to increase force of the grip of the hands.

To avoid various small injuries, before performance of these exercises it is necessary to warm up properly. Any exercises will approach:

- Circular motions by brushes.

- Circular motions of hands in the elbow joint.

- Circular motions of hands in the shoulder joint

- Bendings, turns.

After warm-up it is recommended to stand in the lying support on fingers. The most trained athletes, can try to stand on several fingers. This exercise strengthens the linking of brushes.

Perfectly develops force of the grip and the carpal expander.

Several days a week are enough to perform exercises on force of the grip. The result is felt already through several trainings.
